Inventory make
The intial report is a document which comprehensively details the contents of the property and its condition. This includes the furniture, fixtures and fittings, the general decorative order and the state of cleanliness, testing appliances and lighting. This will greatly reduce the chance of there being a dispute for any reasons such as damage or excessive wear and tear.
Check In
We will arrange to meet the tenants at the property, at which point the inventory, guidence notes and the schedule of condition will be explained. The property will be checked to ensure that the inventory is up to date and accurate, the report would then be ammended where necessary. Lastly the meter readings and a record of the keys are taken. This can be done on or before the start date of the tenancy.
Check Out
We will provide a detailed report on the condition and decorative order of the property, against
the inventory that was updated at the beginning of the tenancy. Meter readings and photos will be taken. Notes will be made on any changes to the state of the property, with recommendations for compensation from the deposit where appropriate.
Interim inspection
A less detailed report ensuring the property is in good condtion, there is no damage and
all lighting and appliances are in working order.
Photo Survey
A report with extensive high-quality clear photos, accompanied with a schedule of condition.
